Jay Haide cellos are hand-made of quality seasoned maple and spruce and have a tone quality and workmanship normally found in instruments that are much more costly. The cello is designed with an accurate set up and an antique finish.

This model cello is a “Eurowood Special Model” after Jean-Baptiste Vuillaume (1798-1875). It is the finest cello in the Jay Haide family. Crafted from higher-grade European maple and spruce, offering superior resonance and tonal complexity compared to standard models. The Vuillaume pattern has exceptional tonal power. Eurowood models are crafted by senior luthiers with finer quality aged wood for musicians requiring the best.
