SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We will obtain a shipping estimate for your order in a timely manner. Your items will be processed following receipt of payment. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier and additional handling fees will not be charged. The carriers include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx. We do ship internationally. We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

All of the instruments are fully insured in addition to the policies of the shipping carrier. We ask for you to please take photos of the unopened package as well as the inner contents of packing materials for insurance purposes. If you require expedited shipping for any reason, we will be glad to discuss possible options.

TRIAL POLICY

It is our pleasure to serve each customer with individual attention, discuss the fine details of what is desired, and to provide the instrument most suited to the customer’s requirements. Upon receipt, you have a ten-day trail period to determine if the instrument is suitable, with the exception of custom orders which are non returnable. We will be available during this time to address any questions or concerns. If, after discussion with us, you decide to return the instrument, you may do so by the end of the trail period according to the RETURN AND REFUND POLICY below.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please note that once an instrument has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus original shipping costs) within ten days of receiving it. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Custom orders are non returnable.

The utmost care is taken so that your new instrument is received in an undamaged condition. Please save all packing materials in the event that you do not wish to keep the instrument to ensure that the item is returned with equal care. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the instrument in a like new condition. Items that are returned either cosmetically or integrally damaged (not due to shipping) will be repaired or restored to original condition at the buyer’s expense which will be deducted from the refund amount.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not share your personally identifiable information with anyone. Any personally identifiable information will be stored securely and safely. We dod not sell any information to third party organizations.
